A rare, true 1920's vintage sequined tam style hat, made in France. Quite delicate, with a base fabric of black net. Small, metallic gold, most likely gelatin, sequins cover the piece completely in a wavy pattern, which catches the light to great effect.
In excellent condition. Only minor issue is a few loose threads on underside, along edge.
